Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial statements and the
SPT PT.XXX to know that in case of the company should the company dealt
with or not up to the level of investigation or just got auditing evidence of
the commencement of the stage and the company deserves to be examined
or disidik by a team of reviewers who are new or not. The research results
showed that PT.XXX should not be carried out of the investigation. This is
because the company already acknowledges the error logging SPT and
have paid the principal as well as the penalties to be paid according to
article 8 KUP ACT subsection
(3
) and the Directorate General of Taxes
should not be allowed to request a new team of inspectors to examine
corporate tax returns and investigation.
