Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and motivation to
business success. The population of this research were all of shop owner in
Pusat Grosir Metro Tanah Abang, Jakarta. The method of data collection was
conducted by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The technique of
data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis with purposive
sampling. The findings of this research showed that business success is affected
by self-efficacy and motivation
