Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset
structure, firm size, asset growth, profitability and business risk to capital structure.
The sample of this research consisting of 25 property and real estate companies
that has been listing in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2009 until 2012
that has been selected by purpose sampling method. Data analyze in this research
is multiple regression analysis. The result show several finding, that all variable
have significance influence to capital structure. While partial analysis only the
business risk have significance influence to capital structure.
