Abstract
The study employs determinant variables of firm value in static
approach to reflect differing factual issues on firm value. The research using
sample of 39 property and real estate industry firms listed in Indonesia Stock
Exchange during 2010-2012 is performed using panel data for the static
approach. The results finds two independent variables have a significant effect
on firm value and one independent variable have not significant effect on firm
value. Two independent variables have significantly effect on firm value in this
research: (i) capital structure is that positive significant, (ii) firm size is that
positive significant. An independent variable has not significantly effect on
firm value is growth. This entire variable significantly affects the value
simultaneously.
