Abstract
he purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Growth
Opportunity, Profitability, and Firm Size against Capital Structure
decisions in the foods and beverages in the period 2010-2014. The sample
of this research consisting of 12 companies that has been listing in
Indonesian Stock Exchange that has been selected by purpose sampling
method. The analytical method used in this study are Generalized Least
Square (GLS) performed with E-views 6.0. The results showed that Growth
Opportunity, Profitability, and Firm Size have significant effect toward
Capital Structure. Partially, Firm Size has no effect towards Capital
Structure.
