Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari sustainability report,
GCG, dan leverage terhadap firm value dengan profitability sebagai pemoderasi.
Menggunakan purposive sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan yang
termasuk dalam indeks IDXESGL (Environmental,
Social, and Governance Leaders) untuk periode tahun 2018 sampai 2021 dengan
total sampel 11 perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa
regresi berganda menggunakan Eviews 12. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
sustainability report dan GCG tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap firm value,
dan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap firm value. Profitability
dalam penelitian ini tidak memperkuat pengaruh sustainability report, memperkuat
pengaruh GCG, dan memperlemah pengaruh negatif leverage terhadap firm value.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how sustainability report, GCG, and
leverage affect firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. Using
purposive sampling, this study uses companies included in the IDXESGL
(Environmental, Social, and Governance Leaders) index for the period 2018 to
2021 with total sample of 11 companies. The research method used is multiple
regression analysis using Eviews 12. The results of this study show that
sustainability report and GCG have no significant effect on firm value, and leverage
has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability in this study does
not strengthen the effect of sustainability report, strengthen the effect of GCG, and
weaken the negative effect of leverage on firm value.
