Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variables Covid-19, Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), market capitalization, and trading volume on stock returns in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on March 2, 2020 – December 31, 2020. This study using a sample of 50 consumer goods companies that use a sampling technique with purposive sampling method. In this research assisted by software eviews 10 and Microsoft Excel. The results of this study show that COVID-19 has a negative
effect on stock returns, PSBB has no effect on stock returns, trading volume and market capitalization have a positive effect on stock returns. This research can be
useful for company management and investors in dealing with factors that affect stock returns.
