Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat melihat pengaruh struktur
modal, good corporate governance terhadap kinerja keuangan serta dampaknya
terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa
Efek Indonesia periode 2014 -2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan 36 perusahaan
pertambangan yang sudah diseleksi melalui metode purposive sampling dari total
41 perusahaan selama 4 tahun dan menghasilkan 144 sampel data perusahaan.
Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang meliputi laporan tahunan dan
laporan keuangan perusahaan. Pengelolaan data ini dilakukan dengan
menggunakan software Eviews Versi 9.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa struktur modal, good corporate governance board meeting dan ukuran
dewan komisaris signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Kinerja keuangan
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kinerja keuangan memediasi pengaruh
struktur modal dan good corporate governance yang diukur dengan board meeting
dan ukuran dewan komisaris terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun good corporate
governance kepemilikan institusional, komite audit dan proporsi dewan komisaris
tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Kata kunci: nilai perusahaan, struktur modal, kinerja keuangan, good corporate
governance.
The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of capital structure , good
corporate governance on financial’s performance and the effect on firm’s value in
mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange 2014-2017. This
research uses 36 mining companies that have been selected through a purposive
sampling method of a total 41 companies over four years and resulting 144 data.
The data used are secondary data which includes company annual reports and
financial statements Processing carried out in this study uses Eviews version 9
software. The result of this study indicate that capital structure, good corporate
governance that use board meeting and board size have a significant effect on the
increase in financial’s performance. Financial performance have a significant
effect on the increase in firm’s value. Financial performance it was also found
that mediation was significant in financial performance in the correlation between
capital structure with firm value and then good corporate governance board size,
board meeting with firm value. And good corporate governance audit committee,
institusional ownership and proportion of board of commissioners have no
significant with financial performance.
