Abstract

-This research is performed in order to test the effect of Profitability ( Return On Assets), Liquidity ( Current Ratio ), Fixed Asset Ratio ( FAR ), Size toward Capital Structure (Debt Ratio), on manufacturing companies sector food and beverage. This research using purposive sampling method for taking samples with criteria: (1) The companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange, (2) listed since 2013, (3) The annual financial statement during the research period ( 2013-2015 ) are available. These data are tested
with Panel Data Regression Model. Design of this research is simple linier regression analysis using Eviews program.
Based on statistical I test, Profitability ( Return On Assets ), Liquidity ( Current Ratio ) and Fixed Asset Ratio ( FAR ) have significant effect of Capital Structure ( Debt Ratio ). Meanwhile, Size doesn't have a significant effect of Capital Structure ( Debt Ratio ). Based on statistical F test indicates that variables Profitability ( Return On Assets ), Liquidity ( Current Ratio Fixed Asset Ratio ( FAR ), Size simultantly affect Capital Structure ( Debt Ratio ) manufacturing companies sector food and 4 beverage listed in Indonesia stock exchange periode 2013-2015.
