Abstract
The Aesthetic Surgery and Research Foundation (ASERF), presents cosmetic surgery patients. This research is to reveal body image and self-esteem in young adult women aged 20-40 years and have had cosmetic surgery at least once. This study uses qualitative methods through in-depth interviews. This subject involved three young adult women who had undergone rhinoplasty. This research was conducted for four months (February-June 2014). Based on this study, the authors found several cosmetic surgeries on self-image on aspects of self and speed.
