Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the difference of conflict-resolution styles between high self-monitors and low self-monitors employee. Sampling procedure using convenience sampling and the size of sample is 200 respondents from a company in Jakarta. Data analysis using MANOVA and the analysis result show the significance score (p) 0,171. This mean Ho can be accepted and there is no difference in conflict-resolution styles between high self-monitors and low self- monitors employee.
